For a tattoo project, the simplest route is the request form: it gives me everything I need up front to assess your idea (description, placement, size, photos). I read every request myself and usually reply within 3 working days.

For general questions (practical details, press, collaboration proposals), email me at contact@sergiodurotattoo.com, in English, French or Spanish. Tattoo projects go through the form: a complete request is quicker to assess than a long email thread.
On Instagram (@sergiodurotattoo) I post my work as I go, from freshly finished pieces to healed results. If you message me there about a project, I’ll point you to the form: in direct messages, requests get lost easily and the essentials are often missing (placement, size, photos).

If we still disagree, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator, within one year of your written complaint: CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
